Sundance at the Oscars
Rossi's Charity Gala was held at the Treasury Casino a few mondays ago with performances by Rhonda Burchmore and Ricki-Lee Coulter. It was an extraodinary evening with all the glitz and glamour that Brisbane could handle. I represented Moveable Feasts on the night in conjunction with Moet-Hennessy serving all the guests a glass of French fizz from my much admired costume....the moving table.
2012 Live your Dream!
A big Happy New Year to you all! I am told 2012 is about living your dreams. Im not sure who said it but I sanction this idea indeed. Mary and I wish for you all a wonderful, healthy and exciting New Year with many of your dreams becoming a reality.
Here is a little show and tell moment....
Back in 2003, in the very early stages of Sundance Enterprise, one of my dreams was to eventually have my mother working with me in the business. In 2008 that became a reality. As a mother and daughter team we celebrate 4 years this year and have achieved some amazing things together in this time. A big thanks to Mary for her ongoing support and willingness to learn new things all the time. I look forward to the endless possibilities that 2012 may bring.

And now introducing... PA Extraodinaire!
Mary Bernadette- PA to Sundance Enterprise- Mary joined the team in 2007 as the boss' right hand woman. The successful running of Sundance has a lot owing to the extroadinary assistance I have from Mary. If asked what would her job description exactly entail? 
Ill be honest here and say it stretches beyond the usual PA duties. Her day can start with the regular responding to emails, interviewing new staff , picking up tasting cups and finalising a months worth of invoicing and then quickly switch to sourcing costumes, finding props for a last minute function and not to mention when I return home from my eventful day the washing is done and dinner is served! We should all have a PA!

Having explored the impressively restored buildings of Fremantle and Rottnest Island, eaten the mandatory fish and chips overlooking the water of Fremantle Yacht Harbour, drunk a beer at the Little Creatures Brewery and taken a dip in the Indian Ocean, it was time to set out on our drive south to experience the real purpose of our trip – the vineyards, of course!
